Dont Buy a Flat in Kakkanad till You Read This

If you are planning to buy a flat in Kakkanad, this is going to be the most important site that you’ll visit.

To start with I am not connected to real estate or anything. I am an NRI based in Dubai, running my own advertising business for the last five years.

I have a flat in Kakkanad in the Cyber View Building by Heera Constructions. As you already know Heera is one of the top builders in EKM alongwith Sky, Porvankara and Mather.

Now, this flat is not cheap. It will cost you around 2500 rupees per sq ft. This is a 3 bedroom flat with 1690 sq ft total area. I also have a car park alongwith this flat. Here is the building in Kakkanad:

When Will It Be Ready?

The construction is going on and Heera says the flat will be ready by Feb 2010.

Now, you will be wondering why the flat is so expensive. There are others flats by cheap builders in EKAM that you can buy for 14 lakhs, so why should you buy this flat that will cost you around 42.5 lakhs.

Well, as everything in life, quality comes with a price. These heera guys have used the best possible materials – from taps to swithces, vetrified tiles – I went and inspected everything and its all done professionally.

I have a friend in Thiruvanthapuram who lives in a Heera flat and he says even after 3 years there are no leaks on maintenance problems. So it is safe to assume that you can trust a flat by these guys.

Why I am Selling This Flat?

Now, why am I selling this flat. It’s because I already hava a home in Trichur and my parents live there alone. They don’t want me to move to EKM, so I thought why waste so much money, let me sell off this flat while it is brand new.
